Meet Crystal
With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry (including my most recent role as Head of Small Commercial and Lower Middle Market at Arch Insurance Group), I bring a strategic, consultative approach to real estate. My background allows me to guide clients with a unique blend of market insight, risk awareness, and a strong commitment to advocacy.
I hold a Property and Casualty license and am a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). I also earned my MBA in Management from the University of Hartford and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Connecticut College. These experiences have shaped my ability to understand both the financial and personal sides of real estate, helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions.
Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to community involvement. I currently serve on the Archdiocese of Hartford School Board and have held leadership roles, including President of the Board at Prospanica Connecticut, Co-Chair of the Insurance Professional Women's Network, Chair of the Hispanic Leadership Network, and advisory board member for the Connecticut College Hale Center for Career Development.
I live in Simsbury with my husband, our two daughters, and our two very spoiled dogs. Outside of work, you will often find us hiking, kayaking, or hosting friends and family. I am a proud cheer mom and passionate about building strong, supportive communities.
